About GIIS GLOBAL SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP

The Global Schools Foundation (GSF) has been contributing to the needs of deserving students through various programmes and initiatives. With the Global Sports Scholarship (GSS) program, GSF aims to provide foundational support to young sportspersons and recognise their achievements at the international, national and state levels. Along with the financial support, the scholarship will also focus on encouraging the budding talents by proper mentorship as and when required.

This scholarship is aimed for students who are residents of India, including existing parents and student fraternity of GIIS, across all grades from grade 1-12. Candidates are invited to apply for Global Sports Scholarship across various individual and team disciplines including, Badminton, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Chess, Athletics, Gymnastics, Swimming, Archery, Shooting, Boxing, Weightlifting, Cycling, Diving, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Netball, Traditional Games (kho-kho, Kabaddi), Martial Arts (Judo & Karate), Wrestling, Hockey, Cricket, Rugby and Squash
