About HP Udaan Scholarship Program

At HP, our endeavor is to make life better for everyone, everywhere and our technology has been helping people on many fronts. We believe, quality education and right skilling can bring transformative change in the lives of our students and make them ready for future.

With this objective, we announce HP Udaan Scholarship program for students who have completed their 10th and 12. The program will support over 1,300 students from low income groups over a period of next 3 years and to promote girl child education, we have also secured 50% of the total seats for girls. The scholarship program would cater to three separate categories of students: those requiring assistance to finish their schooling post standard 10, those looking to pursue an ITI or diploma, and those who are seeking higher education after class 12. 750 scholars will be selected under the program in its first year, and awarded a scholarship of up to INR 30,000 per year.

Scholarship Types

* One-Year Scholarships for Diploma/ITI students

* Two-Year Scholarships for students enrolled in Class 11

* Three-Year Scholarships for Undergraduate students

Eligibility Criteria

– Must be enrolled in a 1 Year Diploma/ITI Course

– Must have secured a minimum of 60% in 10th Std

– Annual Family Income should be no more than INR 4 Lakhs

Scholarship Award : INR 20,000

3.Once signed in, click on ‘Start Application’ to start filling the form.
4.Fill in all the details and upload the required documents.

1. I am a Class 11th student. Am I eligible for HP Udaan Scholarship?
Yes. The scholarship opportunity is open to Class 10th passed students as well as Undergraduate and ITI/Diploma students.

2. Are there any seats reserved for girl students?
Yes. 50% of the total 750 seats are reserved for the girl students.

3. Is the HP Udaan Scholarship Program specific to any particular region?
No. The HP Udaan Scholarship is a pan-India program. So, students belonging to any state of the country can apply for this scholarship.

4. What should be the annual income of my family to be eligible for this scholarship?
The scholarship is only for financially needy students. Those students whose annual family income is not more than INR 4 lakhs are eligible for this scholarship program.

5. What is the scholarship amount offered to students under this scholarship scheme?
The benefits offered under this program vary depending on the qualification of the applicant. The students can avail a scholarship of up to INR 30,000 under the HP Udaan Scholarship.

6. I have received admission for a 4-Yr B.Tech course. Will I be eligible for the scholarship?
Unfortunately, the scholarship for undergraduate students is only open for 3-yr courses, and so those enrolled in professional courses that exceed 3 years are not eligible for the scholarship.
