The EPGP is an interjsive one-year residential programme exemplifying the academic rigour and progressive thinking at l!M, Indore. Specifically designed to enhance skills, knowledge. capabilities and perceptions essential for senior management positions, the EPGP combines skill building with exploration of good management practices. The exposure to critical new perspectives, theories and approaches in management lends focus to leading in turbulenttimes. The programme electives provide opportunities to specialize in Strategy, Leadership and international Bu siness in addition to the function alareas An international module (currently at Hatz Business School, University of Pittsburgh, .jtiia) provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the global business environment and the ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment.

Eligibility:

The Candidate must have: (a) A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent. (b)A Valid CAT/GMAT score. (c) Minimum Syeais of Managerial/Entrepreneurial/ Professional Experience. Placement: The Institute would provide assistance and career guidance tor the placement of FPGP participants
