Indian Institute Of Technology Roorkee Admission to Ph.D. Programmes (Spring Semester 2012-13)

Applications are invited for admission to the Ph.D. Programme of the Institute in all disciplines of Engineering & Technology, Sciences, Architecture & Planning, Humanities & Social Sciences and Management. Admission to reserved category candidates will be done as per Government of India notification. A good number of Institute Research Assistantships are available. Preference will be given to graduates from IITs/IISc as per norms of the Institute. How to Apply : For admission to Ph.D. programmes, candidates need to register and fill the application form ONLINE only by accessing http://pgadm.iitr.ernet.in (website shall be open from 26.09.2012). The candidates are required to download Bank Challan form- after finalization of application form simultaneously from the Website http://pgadm.iitr.ernet.inandthendeposittherequisitefeeofRs.200/-for GEN/OBC and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PD category candidates in any branch of State Bank of India throughout the country on or before October 26,2012.

The application process will be assumed to be completed only when following documents are sent to the Chairman, PG Admissions Office, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Roorkee -247 667, Uttarakhand.soastoreach himonorbefore November02, 2012.

(2) NT Roorkee bank challan copy (3) Other necessary documents (if any) as per the Information Brochure.
