About Institute of Nano Science and Technology- Mohali Faculty Development Programme (FDP

The Department of Biotechnology, Government of India has set-up a Skill Vigyan Center in Punjab with Punjab State Council for Science and Technology as the nodal agency. The Center aims to provide hands-on training and in-depth exposure on advanced techniques in key S & T domains to college teachers in order to improve their skills to impart quality education and undertake innovative research.

Institute of Nano Science and Technology, Mohali is a partner institute in this programme and is organizing a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) for college teachers on the topic “Advances in Nano Technology” in December 2022 – January 2023. The duration of FDP will be three weeks and will consist of a series of lectures, training sessions on scientific instruments and practical lab work.
