About FICA – Project Administrator and Project Coordinator
FICA is looking to hire a Project Administrator and a Project Coordinator to oversee different aspects of a year-long arts Fellowship that will support creative practitioners working on ecology and traditional cultural knowledge in the Himalayan belt. Both candidates should be available to start as soon as possible, and should ideally be located in or willing to relocate to Delhi. Both positions are full-time and paid.

* Implementing organisational policies and procedures.
* Managing daily operations and internal communications for the Fellowship.
* Reviewing team contracts and agreements.
* Planning roadmaps, setting timeframes and goals for the team.
* Tracking expenses and budgets for the Fellowship
* Monitoring project progress and performance to address potential issues.
* Overseeing and maintaining reports and records across sectors of the Fellowship.
* Coordinating mentorship programs, learning initiatives and online/on-site programming
* Overseeing procurement of project-specific supplies (equipment and software)
* Organising all information related to administration of the fellowship.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for all participants and teams
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in related field.
* Prior work experience as a project administrator is a plus
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable with multi-tasking.
* Proficient with MS Office and GSuite.
* Familiarity and interest in artistic practices, looking at ecology, environment and traditional cultural knowledge is a plus.
* Coordinating the artistic and creative activities of the Fellowship
* Ensuring smooth communication between teams
* Liaising between stakeholders and resource persons, regarding online/on-site programming
* Writing reports on the development of the selected projects
* Overseeing and coordinating documentation of the projects
* Traveling to project sites as needed to support events and activities
* Assisting the coordination of mentorship programs, other learning initiatives and a culminating exhibition as part of the Fellowship
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in related field.
* Prior work experience as a project administrator is a plus
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable with multi-tasking.
