About IIT Ropar SUMMER FACULTY RESEARCH FELLOW PROGRAMME – 2019

IIT Ropar is inviting faculty fellows from various Engineering and Science Institutes and Colleges in India other than IIT Ropar to come and spend the summer (May-July, 2019) for pursuing research under the guidance of a faculty mentor of IIT Ropar. The objective is to facilitate and orient the faculty fellows to undertake research. The faculty fellow will get an opportunity to interact and work with the faculty mentor and his/her research students and get exposure to the research projects and lab facilities associated with the faculty mentor.

Faculty Mentors

You are requested to email the faculty members of our institute and request them for a faculty internship and fill the form only if they agree to mentor you. It might help to send them an email with an updated resume of yours.

Duration

Minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks.

Support

The faculty fellows will be provided subsidized campus accommodation.

Note: The campus accommodation is available only between May 17, 2019 to July 15, 2019.

Eligibility

The faculty fellow should be a regular faculty with a qualifying degree. Preference will be given to those who are considering higher studies in the near future.
