Leaders Of Tomorrow International Digital Exchange Program runs annually during summer for youth who are 14-17 (Teenagers) & 18-24 (Young Adults) to improve their leadership skills, project planning, conflict resolution, teamwork, positive change, public speaking, enhance mutual understanding between youth from different backgrounds
