Talent Trackers HR Pvt Ltd is an Executive Search Firm based in Pune specialized into Lateral/ Leadership hiring for IT & Non IT Recruitment- PAN India, All industries.

Currently, we are looking for 15 intern recruiters (IT/non IT) who wish to start their careers in HR/Talent Acquisition.

Following are the details of the internship:-

* Duration – 3-6 months
* Location – Baner, Pune (Full time Work from office)
* Timings – 10AM to 7PM –2nd/4th Saturday’s off
* Stipend – Rs. 10,000 Per month+ incentives

* No. of Vacancies- 15

Absorption post internship based on the mutual interest & performance.

About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learning Naukri/Monster portal for independently sourcing/ screening candidates for a particular JD.
2. Training on the Industry/Company study to handle a given JD.
3. Linkedin Recruitment to find suitable matches on linkedin/Social Media.
4. End to End sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview processing etc till candidate joins the organization.
5. Client coordination on case to case basis.
6. Post joining engagement, Salary negotiation, Referencing, pre-joining candidate coordination, end to end account management.
