The Rail Vehicle Systems Division (KnorrBremse India), with its commercial operations from 1995, has emerged as a leading subsystem supplier to a variety of railway systems in India. Key products supplied from KnorrBremse India include air brake systems for passenger and freight cars, brake systems for diesel and electric locomotives, disc brake systems for coaches, tread brake units, air dryers, air compressors, dampers, EP brake systems, door systems for metro cars, air suspension control equipment and switchgears.
