COUNSELING NOTIFICATION FOR ADMISSION IN POST GRADUATE MEDICAL (MD/MS) COURSES ACADEMIC SESSION 2016-17

In continuation to our eartier advertisement dated February 22, 2016 vide which applications were invited from the eligible registered MBBS Graduates of Rajasthan Domicile Category and All India Category (other than Rajasthan Domicile Candidates), who have qualified the All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination – 2016 (AIPGMEE 2016) conducted by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi governed by the Rules and Regulations specified by the Ministry of Health S Family Welfare/Directorate General Health Services, Government of India/and orders of Hon’ble Courts for admission in various disciplines of MD/MS course being run at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur – an integral unit of Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology. Jaipur, it is notified that Counseling for admission in MD/MS courses shall be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. Candidates who have submitted their admission application forms are being informed on their e-mail addresses/SMS on the telephone numbers mentioned by them in their admission forms. List of the candidates of both the categories – Rajasthan Domicile Category and All India Category (other than Rajasthan Domicile candidates) have been uploaded merit wise on University website www.mgumst.org. The merit list uploaded by the University for admission to MD/MS courses in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital is based on the marks received from the National Board of Examinations only. Candidates are required to check their marks with National Board of Examinations only. The candidates selected during counseling for admission shall be required to deposit annual tuition fee for first year and Bank Guarantee/Cash Security for the remaining two years period latest by Monday, April 04, 2016. All disputes in relation to the matters pertaining to the admissions to MD/MS course in Mahatma Gandhi

Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur for the session 2016-17 shall be subject to the jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan only.
