Additive manufacturing also known as3D printing is an essential ingredient in modern biomedical applications for human as well as veterinary patients.Since it offers the ability to produce customized products with lower development costs, shorter lead times, less energy consumed during manufacturing and less material waste. It can be used to manufacture complex bio-medical parts, and enables manufacturers to reduce inventory, make products on-demand, create smaller localized manufacturing environments, and even reduce supply chains. In past one decade the trend has changed to 4D printing which is an extension of 3D printing with use of some stimulus. Therefore, the program is being organized to impart knowledge and skills related to 4D Printing & Design for biomedical applications to technical teachers and research scholars for improving the quality of research in technical education.There is No course fee.
