Description

Provident Housing scholarship program is designed for helping students who cannot afford the cost of higher education and are at risk of dropping out due to a family financial status. The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage students, to overcome financial constraint without impact on their education.

Qualification criteria : Minimum 60% in Class 10, Minimum 60% in Class 12,

1) Who should apply ?
Students enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at MES College, including courses such as BA, B.Com, BBA, BCA, and other similar programs, specifically for 1st and 2nd-year students.

2) Which Courses are covered under the scheme ?
Any Undergraduate courses from institutes recognized by AICTE/NAAC/UGC/Govt.

3) Whether applicant compulsory to have a bank account ?
Yes

4) Any Preference to Caste ?
No (Open to all Students)

5) Is this gender based scholarship?
No, Irrespective of gender anyone can apply.

6) Any preference will be given based on the Colleges?
Yes. Preference will be given to students from MES College Goa.

7) What is the maximum scholarship amount that will be awarded?
upto Rs.30000/Tuition fees, whichever is lower.

8) what should family income creteria ?
It’s available to only students whose family income is less than 500000 and those will provided on below norms:

1)Annual Income Below 2 Lakhs – 100% of Tuition Fee
2)Annual Income Below – 2-3 Lakhs of – 90% of Tuition Fee
3) Annual Income Below – 3-5 Lakhs – 80% of Tuition Fee

5) Student Bank passbook/Kiosk
6) Last academic year marksheet
7) Current year fees receipts
8) Admission Letter / Bona fide certificate from institute
