About Vidyadhan Scholarship Program 2023

 

Vidyadhan Scholarship Program from Sarojini Damodaran Foundation supports the college education of meritorious students from economically challenged families. The students are selected after completion of 10th grade /SSLC through a rigorous selection process including test and interview. Currently Vidyadhan program has around 4300 students across the following states: Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Telangana.

 

Those selected will be eligible for two year scholarship from the Foundation. If they continue to do well, they will be given scholarship for pursuing any degree course of their interest; these scholarships are directly through the foundation or external sponsors who have registered with the Foundation. The scholarship amount for graduation courses varies from Rs 10,000 to Rs 60,000 per year depending on the state, course, duration etc. The selected students will be required to attend the mentoring programs from the Foundation.

AP Intermediate (1st year) Program 2023

 

Scholarship Amounts :  Scholarship amounts for 11th and 12th grades will be a maximum of Rs. 10,000/- year

 

Who Can Apply?

 

Students whose family annual income is less than Rs. 2 Lakhs and who have completed their 10th grade/SSC exam in the year 2023 from Andhra Pradesh. They should also have scored 90% or obtained 9 CGPA in their 10th Grade/SSC examination. The cutoff mark for students with disability is 75%. or 7.5 CGPA

Selection Process

 

SDF will shortlist the applicants based on their academic performance and the information provided in the application form. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for a short online test/interview.

* 2nd July 2023: Screening Test
* 16th July to 31st July 2023: Interview/Tests will be scheduled during this time frame. Exact date and location will be intimated to each of the shortlisted candidates.

Bihar plus-2 (1st year) Program 2023

 

Scholarship Amounts : Scholarship amounts for 11th and 12th grades will be a maximum of Rs. 10,000/- year

 

Who Can Apply?

 

Students whose family annual income is less than Rs. 2 Lakhs and who have completed their 10th grade/BSEB exam in the year 2023 from Bihar. They should also have scored 80% or obtained 8 CGPA in their 10th Grade/SSC examination. The cutoff mark for students with disability is 65%. or 6.5 CGPA

 

Selection Process

 

SDF will shortlist the applicants based on their academic performance and the information provided in the application form. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for a short online test/interview.

Goa 11th Program for 2023

 

Scholarship Amounts : The scholarship amount for 11th and 12th grade will be a maximum of Rs. 10000/year.

 

Who Can Apply?

 

Students whose family annual income is less than Rs. 2 Lakhs and who have completed their 10th grade/SSC exam in the year 2023 from Goa. They should also have scored 75% or obtained 7 CGPA in their 10th Grade/SSC examination. The cut off mark for students with disability is 60%.or 6 CGPA

Who Can Apply?

 

Students whose family annual income is less than Rs. 2 Lakhs and who have completed their 10th grade/SSLC exam in the year 2023 from Karnataka. They should also have scored 90% or obtained 9 CGPA in their 10th Grade/SSLC examination. The cut off mark for students with disability is 75%.

Kerala Vidyadhan Plus 1 program 2023

 

Scholarship Amounts : Scholars will be get Rs. 10000/- for both Plus 1 and Plus 2.

 

Who Can Apply?

 

Students hailing from families with an annual income less than Two lakhs rupees and having scored 9 A+ & 1A in the Kerala SSLC examination 2023 can apply. Physically challenged or Differently abled students need only have full A .

 

Selection Process

 

SDF will shortlist a few applicants based on their academic performance and other relevant data furnished in their application. These shortlisted students will be called for a screening test .Based on the performance in the screening test, a few students will be called for an interview. Final selection will be made based on these performances.

The scholarship amount for 11th and 12th grades will be a maximum of Rs. 10000/year.

 

Who Can Apply?

 

Students whose family annual income is less than Rs. 2 Lakhs and who have completed their 10th std /SSLC exam in the year 2023 from Tamil Nadu. They should also have scored 80% in their 10th Std / SSLC examination or 90% / 9+ CGPA for CBSE Students. The cut-off mark for students with disability is 60%.

 

Selection Process

 

SDF will shortlist the applicants based on their academic performance and the information provided in the application form. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for a short online test/interview

Who Can Apply?

 

Students whose family annual income is less than Rs. 2 Lakhs and who have completed their 10th grade/HSC exam in the year 2023 from Odisha. They should also have scored 80% or obtained 8 CGPA in their 10th Grade/SSC examination. The cutoff mark for students with disability is 65%. or 6.5 CGPA

 

Selection Process

 

SDF will shortlist the applicants based on their academic performance and the information provided in the application form. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for a short online test/interview. Students can apply free of cost on the website directly. No other person or institution has been authorised to select students on our behalf.

They should also have scored 90% or obtained 9 CGPA in their 10th Grade/SSC examination. The cutoff mark for students with disability is 75%. or 7.5 CGPA
