About Workshop

The Workshop cum Training on Application of Bioinformatics Tools and Technique in Agriculture is organised by Agricultural Knowledge Management Unit, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute from Mach 23-25, 2020.

Objective:

The main objective of this workshop cum training is to give exposure to the participants with a theoretical and practical understanding of various bioinformatics tools and techniques. This workshop will be helpful to manage biological data and the analysis of bio-molecules at gene or protein level using bioinformatics tools such as sequence analysis, structure prediction, analysis and interaction studies from genome to proteome level.
