Workshop on Differential Equations with MATLAB Programming at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi [April 25-26]

GOAL OF THE WORKSHOP:

The aim of the two days workshop on “Differential Equations: Theory, Analysis and Applications with MATLAB Programming” is to provide a platform for young researchers by discussing new thoughts and ideas in the area of Differential Equations and its applications. Interactions between subject experts and fellows will provide a chance for exchanging their ideas which further motivate the students towards the applications of differential equations in various streams of Science and Technology. The workshop includes invited lectures and discussions on a wide range of topics from Differential Equations and  MATLAB programming

ABOUT VARANASI

Varanasi, or Benaras, (also known as Kashi) is one of the oldest cities in the World. It is a city on the banks of the river Ganga in the Uttar Pradesh. During the month of February the weather of Varanasi is pleasant. The city is well connected through rail, roads as well as airlines to Agra, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and other major cities of India. Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi is one of the largest residential University of Asia.

ABOUT DEPARTMENT:

The Department of Mathematics, an oldest department of the university, was established in 1898 and had the privilege of having eminent scholars.The Department has noteworthy research contributions in areas of Algebra, Analysis, Discrete Mathematics, Functional Analysis, Fuzzy Set Theory, Geometry, Graph Theory, Mathematical Modelling, Optimization, Mechanics, and Theoretical Computer Science etc.
