The First Odisha IEEE Conference (ODICON-2021) aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Engineering, Science and technology especially relevant to sustainable and clean energy.

In addition to the discussions during the conference, ample opportunities will be available for interaction with professionals and researchers to share the operational experiences and views on the key issues in Renewable Energy, Power Engineering and Power Electronics technology, communication engineering, smart grid, computational intelligence, IOT etc.

About Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University

Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) is a Deemed to be University situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. SOA was reaccredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade (highest grade under the old system) in 2015 for a period of 5 years. It was ranked as the 38th best National Institution, the 24th Best in University Category of NIRF and the Best Institution in Odisha by the MHRD through its NIRF Rankings in 2018.

ITER is the Faculty of Engineering and Technology of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan. It is located in Campus 1 of the SOA. ITER is the oldest constituent institute of the SOA, having seen light in 1997. It has grown from a fledgling campus with a single three storied building (Academic Block) to one of the best engineering campuses in Eastern India.

Call For Paper

ODICON-2021 invites full length original research contributions from engineering professionals from industries, R&D organisations, academic institutions, government departments and research scholars from across the world. Full length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding six pages as per the IEEE double column format shall be submitted. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not under review in any of them. Further the manuscript should contain the name of the corresponding author with e-mail id and affiliation of all authors. Submissions of paper for the main conference must be made online through Easy chair.

All submitted papers will be checked with advance plagiarism detection tools like Turnitin or iThenticate. Then the manuscripts will be sent for peer review and the corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process. If reviewers recommended for further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within seven days on the date of notification.

All the accepted and presented research articles will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library for Publication. Technical papers are invited on the topics pertaining to the scope of the conference, which include but are not limited to:
