Eligibility

• PhD: Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Medical Sciences/Veterinary Sciences/Pharmacy in a relevant area with a minimum Cumulative Performance Index (CPI) of either 6.0 or 60% of marks. For more details, visit this page.

• Dual MS (Engineering)+ PhD in Electronics & Electrical Engg Programme: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent in any discipline with a minimum CPI of 7.0 out of 10 or minimum 70 of mark. For more details, visit this page.
• Dual MTech+ PhD in Computer Science and Engineering Programmes: B.E. or B.Tech. degree or equivalent in any discipline other than Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology with a minimum CPI of 7.0 out of 10 or minimum 70 of marks. Check more details, here.
• MDes Programmes: Four-year Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Design/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior Design or a Design related field with a minimum CPI of 6.0 out of 10 or minimum 60 of marks. Check more details, here.
• MS by Research in Energy Programmes: B.E/ B.Tech./ M.Sc.degree or equivalent in any discipline with a minimum CPI of 6.0 out of 10 or minimum 60 of marks. For more details, click here.
• MA in Development Studies Programmes: A Bachelor’s (10+2+3) degree (Major/ Honours) or equivalent from a recognized University, in any discipline, with a minimum of either 50% marks or 5.0 CPI in a 10-point scale (a minimum of either 45% marks or 4.5 CPI in a 10-point scale for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates) in major/honours only.
