ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR PH. D PROGRAMME UNDER SPONSORED (PART TIME ) CATEGORY, SPRING 2020

 

 

About the PH. D PROGRAMME

 

 

Provisionally selected candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully before starting and confirm their admission by paying the requisite fees (refer to payment process for payment) by 10th January,2020. The payment receipt should be e-mailed to AR (AA) on or before 10th January,2020.

Those confirming their admission by paying the requisite admission fees are required visit the Institute for physical admission during 20th-21st , January, 2020

 

 

Instruction to the Students :

 

Provisionally selected candidates are required to confirm their admission by making payment by 10th January,2020. After making payment, kindly mail the payment receipt to ar.acad@nitm.ac.in.
Admission process starts at the Institute from 20th-21st , January, 2020 and selected candidates can report at the Room 10 (Deans’ Block) with all required documents and payment receipt between 10:00 A.M- 4:00 P.M

Payment Process using State Bank Collect (SB Collect)

 

Click on “Make Payment using SB Collect” under Payment Link.

A DISCLAIMER CLAUSE page will open. Check the box for I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above and click on the PROCEED button.
From the drop down menu, State of Corporate/Institution, select Meghalaya.
From the drop down menu, Type of Corporate/Institution, select Educational Institutions. Click on the GO button.
From the drop down menu, Educational Institutions Name, select NIT MEGHALAYA FEE COLLECTION. Click on the SUBMIT button.
A page for details of payment will open. Under Select Payment Category, select PH.D SPONSORED (PART TIME) CATEGORY.
Please read the complete page carefully before filling up.

Please fill all the required details. Write Student ID (As mentioned in the provisional list of Admission) in the space of “Roll No”. Click on the SUBMIT button.
A page to verify details and confirm this transaction will appear. Click on the CONFIRM button if your details are correct.
You will be directed to payment page.
Complete the payment process by selecting the mode of payment that you wish.
Take print of payment receipt for submission during admission.

IV. Documents Required During Admission Process (To be arranged in the given order)::

 

  • Top sheet to be filled up and signed by candidate (Top sheet).
  • Latest passport size photographs(Three nos)
  • Experience Certificate (Total 5 Years Experience & 2Years Experience from current employer)
  • Merit list copy-candidate’s name to be highlighted.
  • Admission Payment Receipts. (See Step II, Payment Process)
  • All Educational Mark Sheets and Experience Certificates (Original & one set of self-attested copy).
  • NOC/ Sponsorship letter (In case the candidate has not submitted original during the interview).
  • Caste Certificate (Original & one set self attested copy). {For OBC, Certificate issued must be latest}.
  • Employee Identity Card (Original & one set of self-attested copy)
  • Proof of Date of Birth (Original & one set self-attested copy).
  • Aadhar Card & Voter’s ID (Original & one set of self-attested copy)
  • First page photocopy of SBI Bank Account only for account details.
  • Form VI- Ph.D Course Registration Form
  • The Institute reserves the right to cancel the admission of a selected candidate in case of non-fulfilment of eligibility criteria or furnishing false documents, at any point of time.
