Terms and Conditions

Suggestions shortlisted by our jury members will be shared with relevant aurhorities and organisations.

The purpose and object of this competition is to encourage citizens to share their suggestions/opinions for improving road safety in India.

The participant shall not share/submit plagiarized content. In case of any copyright or plagiarism related dispute, the participant shall be solely responsible for legal consequences.

Every entry should describe the suggestion in about 2000 characters and can be supported by a photographs (less than 5 mb).

Entries must be received by 31st Jan 2020.

The winner will be chosen by a judging panel. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained. A list of winners will be made available on website

Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. reserves the right to change, amend, alter, modify or withdraw the competition and/or any part thereof and the prizes,at any time without any prior notice.

Participant(s) agrees to receive communication(s) from Ashoka Buildcon Limited company relating to the Road Safety Competition and Participant(s) unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Ashoka Buildcon Limited company in this respect.

Participant agrees and consents that any and all information submitted by the Participant may be required to be shared with other third parties engaged by Ashoka Buildcon Ltd.The participant shall
not raise any claim against Ashoka Buildcon Limited.

Nothing herein, shall be construed as conferring any license or other rights under the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of Ashoka Buildcon Limited or its related companies or any third party, whether by estoppels, implication or otherwise and all such rights shall remain the sole and exclusive property (information/ content/suggestions) of Ashoka Buildcon Limited and/or its related
companies.

All rights, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all registrations received shall vest solely and exclusively with Ashoka Buildcon Limited at all times and Ashoka Buildcon Limited shall be entitled to use the database of the entries/contents received or any information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment or compensation to Participant.
