India Posts take keen interest in preserving and commemorating the kaleidoscopic culture, important events, personalities, rich history and diplomatic relationships via the regular release of various Philatelic issues. Philately Division at Postal Directorate is entrusted with the task of designing, processing, printing and release of these Philatelic issues which include Commemorative Postage Stamps, Miniature Sheets, My stamps and many more. These Philatelic items are effective mediums of education, spreading awareness and also capture interest of various Philatelists across India and abroad.

In view of the above, it is informed that Philately Division, Postal Directorate is in the process of empanelling talented artists for its Design Team. Interested Artists and designers associated with premier Fine Arts Colleges across India may please contact at the following address with their biodata, documentary proof of their achievements and recommendation letter of the Head of Institute etc.
