CERT-In under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with Cyber Buddha and hosted on MyGov, invites India’s young adults aged 18–19 years to participate in the Hashtag Suraksha Cyber Security Reels Competition (Senior Category).

This advanced-level challenge focuses on responsible digital citizenship and awareness of modern cyber threats. Participants are encouraged to create one-minute reels that educate others on critical topics such as AI-based scams, deepfakes, phishing, misinformation, and ethical online behavior. It’s an opportunity to influence India’s digital safety narrative through creativity and innovation.

Who Can Participate

• Indian citizens aged 18 to 19 years.

Topics

• AI chatbot and data safety
• Voice phishing and online fraud
• Deepfakes and misinformation
• Ethical and respectful conduct in digital spaces

Evaluation

• Reels will be assessed on message impact, creativity, originality, and adherence to theme.
• Final evaluation decisions rest with the organizers.

Prizes

• Top 3 winners: Cyber Shield Trophy, Certificate, and Cash Prizes.
• Top 7 runners-up: Medals and Certificates.
