In pursuit of excellence, The Lakshmipat Singhania-IIM Lucknow National Leadership Awards were initiated in 2004 to honour outstanding leaders who, through their collective and individual efforts, have made a significant contribution in their respective fields and beyond.

The awards, now in the eleventh year, have fast gained prominence as a true yardstick of India’s leadership talent.

Nominations Invited from Residents of India

The Awards 2016: A Trophy and a Citation will be awarded in the following categories:

Business – Leader – Young Leader (around 45 Years)

Science & Technology – Leader – Young Leader (around 45 Years)

Community Service & Social Upliftment – Leader – Young Leader (around 45 Years)

Criteria for Selection

Nominee should:

* Be a resident of India (NRIs/Foreigners excluded)

* Have shown exemplary performance, despite challenges and contributed in his/her field for the larger goal of society and nation building

* Have high personal values and ethics

* Not be active in politics, films and sports (which already have multiple recognitions)

* Any other differentiator deemed appropriate by the Advisory/Jury

* The nominee of the young leader category should be a person around 45 years of age, who has shown exemplary performance, recognised in the country, with the potential to reach the pinnacle in the years to come

You can nominate by any of following options:

1. Download the nomination form from www.lpsiimlawards.in or give your nomination on a plain paper, mentioning a) Name and address of the nominee b) Category for which nominated c) Reasons for nominations (if possible) & d) Your name and address.
