SAIL TMT Brand Name Contest

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is calling on the public at large to provide a Brand Name for its TMT, currently called SAIL TMT.

The moniker TMT is derived from the process that is used for making the Steel product. SAIL TMT is Thermo Mechanically Treated rebar that is used in construction. It has class leading quality and trusted for use in big

projects as well as individual housing.

Competition brief

The participants needs to suggest a name for the product that is easily comprehensible, is easy to pronounce and connects with the public at large. The name must have a maximum of 7 Alphabets or less. The name must not be used by an existing brand and should depict all or one of the following quality attributes –

1. Strength
2. Reliability
3. Trust

Cash prizes will be given to one winner, whose entry is selected as the new Product Brand name. The winner will be given a cash prize of Rs. 5,000/-
