About Selfie at your Kitchen Garden

The competition encourages participants to take selfies in their kitchen gardens (Poshan Vatikas), highlighting the role of home-grown produce in promoting nutrition and food security. The focus should be on showcasing the variety of local plants, fruits, and vegetables being grown, aligning with the goals of POSHAN Abhiyaan.

Submission Guidelines:

a. Once a participant registers for the online competition, a selfie can be submitted.
b. It should be a JPEG image of less than 2 MB size.

Evaluation Criteria:

Each entry will be judged on the combination of overall creativity.

a. Relevance to the theme,
b. Visual appeal, and
c. The theme of kitchen gardening and nutrition.(showcasing “Best Local Variety of Plants Sown” or “Most Creative Kitchen Garden” related efforts)

Rewards:

The top three ranks in each category will be given prize money:

a. First Winner INR.5000,
b. Second Winner INR. 3000 and
c. Third Winner INR. 2000
