To generate awareness about the importance of the Vrsabhotsava and its contribution to the Cultural-Heritage of the country, 1st Day on the month of Kartika is celebrated every year as “Vrsabhotsava”.

IKS Division is organizing a selfie contest in collaboration with MyGov where Indian citizens are requested to take a selfie with Vrsabha (Indian Breed Bull) and showcase their bonding with Vrsabha (Indian Bulls) by sharing interesting selfies with Indian Vrsabha.
