About Tagline Contest for India Data Platform

India Data Platform (IDP) is envisaged as a Unified National Data Exchange Platform for all stakeholders to share, discover and use Datasets/Artefacts/Metadata/APIs without compromising on their business or social goals or privacy, security and other concerns. By building an interoperable, robust and secure digital platform for data sharing by government and private entities alike, IDP will enable decision-making and innovation in the increasingly data-driven digital economy and governance systems.

IDP aims to contribute significantly towards the Digital Empowerment of Citizens in line with the Information for All pillar of the Digital India programme. In compliance with the upcoming National Data Governance Policy (NDGP), IDP will enable the sharing of non-personal, non-sensitive datasets by and with government entities, researchers, start-ups etc.

In this context, the India Data Platform Division of the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with MyGov, invites the citizens for Tagline Contest that communicates the essence and spirit of the India Data Platform.
