About The Conference

The conference aims to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on the latest advances in the fields of management, social sciences and technology among researchers and practitioners in educational institutes and industries and to benefit from each other’s researches and also to seek opportunities for collaboration among the participants.

Objective of The Conference

The primary objective of the conference is to provide opportunity for academicians, industry experts, practitioners, professionals, researchers and policy makers from different fields to engage in discussion based on issues related to
advances in the fields of management, social sciences and technology. It will also provide a platform to get acquainted with latest developments and trends in the economy and business environment coupled with their implications for the organizations. The forum will facilitate interaction among members inside and outside their own respective disciplines to enjoy the fellowship of other professionals and scholars in the field.

Call for Research Papers

We invite papers from Academicians, Researchers, Business Leaders, Experts and Executives from industry to submit original and unpublished work on any of the following areas. However the areas are indicative. The researchers can submit the paper relevant to the conference. Authors should electronically submit full length paper in MS word, maximum 8 -10 pages (Single columns, Times New Roman font size 12 with 1″ margin on all four side) to Email: iaraconference4@gmail.com

Registration fee includes Conference Certificate. It is mandatory for at least one of the author to register for the conference. All accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceeding. Few selected research papers will
be published in SCOPUS and UGC CARE listed journals.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Manuscripts should be submitted preferably through email and the research article / paper should preferably not exceed 8 – 10 pages in all.
2. Manuscripts should be typed in 12 font-size, Times New Roman, single spaced with 1” margin on a standard A4 size paper. Manuscripts should be organized in the following order: title, name(s) of author(s) and his/her (their)
complete affiliation(s) including zip code(s), Abstract (not exceeding 350 words), Introduction, Main body of paper, Conclusion and References.
3. The title of the paper should be in capital letters, bold, size 16” and centered at the top of the first page. The author(s) and affiliations(s) should be centered, bold, size 14” and single-spaced, beginning from the second line
below the title.

4. The abstract should summarize the context, content and conclusions of the paper in less than 350 words in 12 points italic Times New Roman. The abstract should have about five key words in alphabetical order separated by

5. Figures and tables should be centered, separately numbered, self-explained. Please note that table titles must be above the table and sources of data should be mentioned below the table. The authors should ensure that tables and
figures are referred to from the main tex
