The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:

Name of Post : Research Associate – I

Name of Project : Quantum Nonlocality and its implications for device independent technology

Funding agency : Department of Science and Technology, Government of India

Minimum Educational qualification (as prescribed by the funding agency) : Ph.D. degree in Physics/Information Theory/Mathematics. Candidate who have just submitted their Ph.D thesis may also apply.

Number of posts :

Fellowship amount : 47000/- + HRA p/m or as per DST norms and Guidance. Candidates who have submitted the Ph.D thesis and awaiting the award of the degree will be paid an amount of 35000/-+HRA

Tenure of the post : 06-months and not extendable

Age : 35 Years or below as on the closing date of application, A relaxation as per DST norms for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates.
