Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from Indian Nationals to join in the following Project position.

Project title: Development of cationic polymers for pest control (Funded by BIRAC)

Name of position: Project Associate-II (01 position)

Fellowship: Rs. 35,000/- + HRA@16%

Essential Qualification: Candidates having M.Sc. /B.Tech. / M. Pharm. / M.V.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or allied subjects (Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Microbiology etc.) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (50% for OBC/ST/SC) and having 02 years of research experience are eligible to apply.

* Preference will be given to candidates having NET-JRF/NET-LS/GATE qualification. For non-NET/GATE candidates,
guidelines stipulated by DST will be applicable.

Age Limit: The upper age limit of the candidate should be below 35 years as on 09.08.2021. Age relaxation will be given to the candidates as per Govt. of India rules.
