IRMA Requires Research Fellow For Verghese Kurien Centre of Excellence (VKCoE)

VKCoE is actively engaged in research, consultancy, extension, and outreach while striving to contribute to the Dairy and Cooperative sector policies, including agriculture cooperatives and other forms of organizations. We are looking to hire a highly motivated individual to work full-time on various assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting research proposals, analyzing data, and drafting research reports.
• Designing survey instruments and data collection.
• Monitoring fieldwork mainly focussed on rural-based collective organizations, farmers, dairies.
• Helping in content creation for press and social media accounts.
• Helping in administrative and coordination work to VKCoE Chairperson.

Essential Qualification:

Masters degree in any discipline, but preference will be given to management/agribusiness/dairy/veterinary/mass communication/data analysis disciplines. Candidates with relevant work experience will be preferred.

Remuneration:

Consolidated remuneration in the range of Rs.30,000/- to 45,000/- per month depending upon qualification and experience.

Duration:

Appointments will be made purely temporarily for a period till 31st March 2023.

Age:

Below 40 years.

Selection Process:

Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on their CV. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed online or offline. The selected candidate shall be expected to join within one month. IRMA reserves the right to accept/reject any application. Relaxation in qualification/experience may be considered by IRMA in the case of an exceptional candidate. IRMA also reserves the right to select an
appropriate candidate outside the pool of applicants.
