Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) invites applications candidates for the post of Project Assistant (PA) for the DST SERB, Government of India funded project at Department of Physics, Manipal Institute of Technology, MAHE, Manipal.

Title of the Research Project: SAT Z’PiezoS: Scandium doped AlN Thin Films for Zero-power Piezoelectric Sensors

Duration: 18 months

Essential qualification: M.Sc. (Physics)/M. Tech. (Nanotechnology)/B. Tech (E&C, Mechanical, E&E) with consistently good academic record, preferably with a valid NET/GATE score. Experience in computational techniques like COMSOL, MATLAB is desired.

Remuneration/Fellowship: Rs. 22,000 per month (Consolidated).
