Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in an SERB funded research project titled “Three Coordinated Al-N compounds: Bonded, Yet Frustrated: Their Applications in Activation of Small Molecules and Polymerization”. Title of the Project: Three Coordinated Al-N compounds: Bonded, Yet Frustrated: Their Applications in Activation of Small Molecules and Polymerization.

Name of the Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) or Senior Research Fellow (SRF). SRF is preferred, but JRF will be recruited in case if no suitable candidates are available for SRF.

Fellowship Duration: Initially for 1 year and can be extended until Oct 2021 based on the performance.

Fellowship: As per DST norms (Rs. 31,000/- per month for JRF and Rs. 35,000/- per month for SRF)

Essential Qualifications:

For JRF:

i) M.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Sciences ii) GATE/NET (lectureship is also counted) –

For SRF: Qualifications prescribed for JRF and two years of research experience in Inorganic Synthesis, especially in synthesis and handling of air/moisture sensitive compounds.
