About the Conference

The GNLU International Conference on Banking and Finance (GICBF) is a platform for scholarly insights of persons of eminence. It is one of its kind event which acts as an interface for dialogue among people from across the spectrum of banking and finance.

The 1st edition of the Conference (GICBF 2018) witnessed an overwhelming participation with more than 100 research papers and a large number of delegates from India and abroad. We were graced by the presence of many esteemed dignitaries- Shri Shaktikanta Das (Governor, RBI), Dr. Rajiv Kumar (Vice-Chairman, NITI Aayog), Mr. Ashish Chauhan (MD and CEO, Bombay Stock Exchange), Prof. Errol D’Souza, (Director, IIM-Ahmedabad), Ms. Mukulita Vijayawargiya (Member, IBBI) and Prof. Manoj Panda (Director, IEG) to name a few.

Inspired by the success of the 1st edition, we are proud to announce GICBF 2020. This edition of the conference will have constructive deliberation on contemporary themes such as NBFC liquidity crisis, crypto-currencies, bankruptcy code, AI and big data in banking and finance, fintech start-ups, challenger banks to list a few.

The 2nd edition will host participants, guests and distinguished speakers of international repute and discuss wide range of themes in the area of banking and finance.
