About the Conferences

ICCECE is an international conference hosted by Techno India University,West Bengal covering research aspects in Computer, Electrical and Communication Engineering. The conference invites International Participants to present research papers through Skype, which is probably going to be a first time venture in India.

The conference seeks submission from Industry, Government and Academia showcasing Offbeat Interdisciplinary Research Papers on practical as well as theoretical aspects of Computing, Electrical and Communication Engineering.

Interdisciplinary papers which focus on Functional aspects of Computing, Implementation of Electronics Technology and Employing Communication Engineering are encouraged. Advanced prototypes, tools and techniques, innovative ideas to be used in future are also inspired.

Call for Papers

Objective

ICCECE is an international conference hosted by Techno India University, Kolkata covering research aspects in Computer, Electrical and Communication Engineering. The conference invites International and SAARC Participants to present research papers through Skype Video Conferencing, which is probably going to be a first time venture in India.

The main aim of this conference is to seek offbeat papers on practical and theoretical application of computer, electrical and communication engineering. Papers from industrial level and academia are also encouraged along with innovative ideas in the field of application. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore.

Conference Topics

Paper Submission Procedure

Papers should be submitted in English Medium, proof checked for grammatical and spelling errors, addressing one or various topics of the conference. All the papers should clearly mention the contribution towards technical/scientific areas, problems of the field as well as domains of applicability.

Only original works should be published and the papers should be checked through the plagiarism software. Authors should make sure that the submitted paper(s) should not be available elsewhere, or overlap with other research papers.

All papers shall be submitted using Easy Chair Conference Platform. Candidates shall have to log in to their Easy Chair account or create a new Easy Chair account. After opening the account candidates will have to submit their papers by clicking on the upload option.

Procedings

All the papers accepted by the Committee will be published in the conference proceedings, on paper as well as on CD-ROM Support. All papers after acceptance will be given a specific code under DOI (Digital Object Identifier) for identification purpose.

Important Dates

Techno India University, West Bengal on behalf of the organizing committee of the IEEE-International Conference on Computer, Electrical & Communication Engineering wishes to announce that owing to the prevailing COVID19 pandemic, the forthcoming 2021 conference is now being postponed till February 19th and 20th February, 2021. This change is being introduced keeping in mind the concerns of all academicians, research scholars, students and industrial researchers so that they do not miss out an opportunity in submitting quality research papers for this very prestigious IEEE conference due to the crucial time lost during this period of crisis. We hope normalcy returns soon and wish for a healthy life for everybody.

Registration Fees

The fees for registering with ICCECE are available for both working class professionals as well as students. This will enable student authors to participate and submit their papers as well.

Note: Review paper will not be accepted.

All submitted papers must be the authors’ unpublished work and should not be under consideration elsewhere. All submissions should be made electronically through the EasyChair system.

All Papers submitted to the conference should be written in English with the maximum paper length of Eight (8) printed pages.Standard IEEE conference templates for Word and LaTeX are available at the following link:

All the papers will be blind reviewed by a review committee with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings provided at least one of the authors will register and present the paper. Conference kit will be provided to registered author/participant only. All rights of publication of papers presented in the conference shall rest with the Conference Organizers.

Final Camera-Ready Paper Submission

The format for the camera-ready manuscript is available above. Please follow the format and reviewers’ comments strictly and submit your camera-ready manuscript (within 8 pages) in a zip file which will contain scanned copy of the payment proof, filled-up and signed copyright form, Camera-ready paper both in word/latex as well as PDF format, Author’s agreement within Date through your EasyChair account. Also complete your conference registration formalities by filling up the registration form and paying the registration fees. The details of how to make the payment and the forms are available here.

The following documents are to be uploaded in the EasyChair in a zip file:

Your camera ready manuscript must contain followings
1. Affiliations, address and emails of all authors
2. At least three Key Words under keyword section
3. All references should be referred from the text of the article along with some state-of-the-art references
4. Both source(Latex/Word) and pdf version of the article
