ICCSIE Program Committee invites the Students. Teachers, Professoes, Scientists, Engineers and the Entrepreneurs to send their original, unpublished research works and join the conference to discuss and interchange ideas in the emerging field of technology. The complete manuscripts should be up to eight pages (inclusive of figures, tables, and bibliography) in a standard IEEE two-column format; papers exceeding the page limit may be returned without review. Authors should clearly explain the significance of the work, highlight novel features, and describe its current status. On the title page, please include author name(s) and affiliation(s), and the mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address of the contact author. All the papers will be accepted through Online Submission Only.

Step 2 – Copyright Transfer
Authors have to fill up and sign registration form (for individual paper), and email that to us in PDF/JPG/PNG format.

Step 3 – Camera Ready Paper submission
All papers must adhere to ieeeforum double column guidelines and must be submitted in .doc or .docx format only. If the author is unable to format their papers as per ieeeforum guidelines, then the formatting facility will be provided by us without any extra charges.

Step 4 – Registration
Email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx format) + final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx format) that you would like to publish in the conference proceedings to email id: papers.iefo@gmail.com only.

Kindly note that,
1. If the length of the paper exceeds FIVE PAGES, the cost of EACH EXTRA PAGE is 20 USD(for non Indian and 500 INR for Indian author. Each paid registration covers only one paper you can pay Extra Paper Charges at 20% discount for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration .
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Registration fee for each accompanying person / listener is 100USD for Non Indian and Rs.1500 for Indian .
5. Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender’s Side.
6. Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if you cannot participate in the conference. 7. Publishing in Scopus indexed journal will cost you extra.

1. How could I make payment for my accepted paper?
Ans.-You can choose Online or Offline payment mode to complete the payment. The details has been mentioned below

2. What are the details I need to send to complete the registration process?
Ans.-You need to send your payment Proof (Scan copy of Bank receipt/NEFT Receipt/ Transaction ID or Order ID in case of Online) and Complete Filled Up Registration Form to the official Mail ID of Conference.
3. How could I know my registration is Complete?
Ans.-Your registration for conference is complete when you receive an acknowledgement message from us.

Do’s

1. Send your Original Research paper.
2. Test the plagiarism by yourself before submitting the paper.(The paper must have at least 60% originality)
3. Send the paper in .Doc Format and take the help of Sample paper from the conference website and read the “Rules and Regulations” of the Conference Carefully.
4. Note the last date of Paper submission form the conference website and send the paper before the last date of Submission
5. Note the Last date of Registration. If your paper got selected you must confirm the registration before last date of registration. Your registration will not be considered after last date of registration and no money will be refunded.
6. Do visit the official conference website (only) and use the official mail id of the conference for all the latest information.(Always refresh the web page for any update)
7. Do check your registered mail ID and Mobile number regularly. Any conference notifications will be communicated through mail and Mobile only.
8. Do Ask for the “Conference Schedule mail” from the Conference Coordinator after Last date of registration only.

Dont’s

1. Do not book your tickets and hotels before taking the “Conference Schedule mail” from our Conference Coordinator. Any financial loss due to travel cancellation/travel rescheduling will not be provided by the organizer due to conference rescheduling.
2. Do not reach the venue before or after the reporting time on the day of the conference.
3. Do not use any adult picture, Controversial map or Picture while presenting and publishing your paper.
4. Do not consider the Payment Confirmation mail(From Payment Gateway) as the Final Confirmation mail. Wait for the “Conference Schedule mail “from the organizer.
