The first International conference on Emerging Frontiers in electrical and electronic Technologies(ICEFEET-2020) will be held at the National Institute of Technology Patna on July 10, and 11, 2020.
ICEFEET-2020 will provide scientists, researchers, academicians, and industry personnel with a forum to deliberate, exchange ideas, and produce research collaborations for the technologies those have the potential to significantly impact the domains of Power system, Power Converters, Control systems, Machine Drives, Embedded systems, Measurement and Sensing technologies.
The conference with keynote lectures by eminent persons, paper & poster presentations, panel discussion, and opportunities for industry/trade exhibits will provide a platform for gaining knowledge and facilitate interaction among the participants.
We welcome you to this humble initiative to take part in the deliberations on possibilities of collaborative research and innovative ideas.
Call for papers
Authors should submit a paper strictly in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling prior to submission, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Only original papers should be submitted. Authors are advised to follow ethical norms regarding plagiarism and self-plagiarism thoroughly before submitting and must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap with work which has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings. Papers that contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without any review.
All the papers should be around 6 pages length and in IEEE conference format. The paper must be submitted through easychair using the following link.

Registration:
• At least one author per paper has to register.
• Early bird rates are applicable up to 10th June 2020.
• Standard registration closes on 25st June 2020.
• Each registration entitles the author to present one paper only.
• Registration fee includes conference proceedings, conference kit, refreshments during conference that includes high tea, lunch, dinner, gala dinner, and tea/coffee during sessions.
• Registration fee includes access to all technical sessions.
• Registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation during the conference.
• IEEE members are requested to send their active IEEE membership card or valid proof along with payment receipt during submission of registration form, if registering under IEEE category.
Payment Mode:
• The Registration fee is payable from any bank through online transaction (NEFT/ IMPS) to the following account.
• In case of discounted rate, you must send in some proof, along with this form. For a) student discount, send official student ID, b) for IEEE membership discount, send valid IEEE membership proof, and c) send both (a) and (b) if applicable.
• After completing the payment, a) the receipt of payment b) valid proof for discount if any), c) Registration form (can be downloaded here) are to be sent to icefeet@nitp.ac.in.

Early Bird Registrations:
To be entitled to the early registration fee must have registered and paid within the early bird registration deadline i.e. by 10 June 2020.
Student Registration:
To avail student registration facility, the registered author must be a student.Such registered author should carry student identity card during the Conference.
Best Paper Certificate:
The Best paper presented in each session will be awarded with a best paper certificate.

Hostel Accommodation
Hostel accomodation will be provided at Rs. 100 per person on daily basis. Since the seats are limited, so only limited accomodation will be provided.
Alternatively, there are numerous good hotels in the city nearby the college. Hotels can also be booked using OYO and Goibibo
