Welcome to the official website of the National Conference on Smart Energy Systems(NCSES). NCSES will be held during August 3rd, 2020 in Kodaikanal, India. NCSES, is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Smart Energy Systems to a common forum.

National Conference on Smart Energy Systems addresses the rapid strides and technological advancements currently witnessed in the fields of NCSES. The conference aspires to exhibit the technical excellence of budding technocrats, research scholars, representatives from the academia and industry. This conference aims to bring together the best of globally renewed research professionals. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Papers presented in the conference will be submitted for inclusion into Conference proceedings.

Registration

Once your paper is accepted the registration PROCESS begins. The author/Co-author needs to complete following FOUR steps.
Step 1 – Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes the CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

Step 2 – NCRISET 2020 Registration form
All the registered participants/authors are eligible for the Conference proceedings. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card/ Bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution.
Step 3 – Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard IEEE Double Column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.

All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted).
Maximum allowed pages (while submitting the camera ready paper) for different categories are limited to as follows

Step 4 – Registration
Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to the conference Email ID before last date of registration.
