About the Workshop

Acing an interview is a science as well as an art, and it requires meticulous preparation along with the ability to be comfortable in the interview room. This ability can be gained through interview skills training. Centre for Training, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar is organising Two Days Workshop on “Interview Skills” (June 15-16, 2020) to develop a better understanding of your strengths, skills and key marketing points to tackle interviews with confidence.

About the speaker

Prof. T. Ravichandran is currently a Professor of English in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is a recipient of the Fulbright-Nehru Academic and Professional Excellence Fellowship (2014-15) for his research/teaching at Duke University, North Carolina, USA. He is honored with Champa Devi Gangwal Chair Professorship at IIT Kanpur.

His NPTEL Video and Web courses on Communication Skills are well-acclaimed nationally and internationally. His NPTEL MOOC on Developing Soft Skills and Personality became hugely popular and well received by about fifteen thousand participants from India and abroad.
