About the Institution

Indian Institute of Plantation Management (IIPM) Bangalore, an autonomous organization of the Ministry of the Commerce and Industry, Government of India, established in 1993, to facilitate management education, training and research & consultancy for plantations and associated agri-business sector. It is co-promoted by the Commodity Boards of India and Agri-Plantation Associations & Industries. IIPM has international educational membership with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSBUSA) & the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD-Brussels) and Permanent Accreditation from Higher Learning Accreditation Commission of Texas (HLACT-USA). Guidelines to Paper Presenters

❖ Research papers are invited from faculty, practitioners and research Scholars in the domain of business and management.
❖ Research Paper in the form of extended abstract should not exceed 1500 words excluding references covering the following-
• The purpose,
• Design/ Methodology/Approach,
• Findings,
• Research Limitations/Implications,
• Managerial or Policy Implications,
• Social Implications,
• Originality/Value
• Significant References
❖ Each participant shall be provided around 10-15 minutes to present their paper in the Conference through online
❖ All registered participants attending complete conference proceedings shall be awarded e-certificates
