About the Rajasthan Technical University

Applications are invited by from eligible candidates for admission into the B.E./ B.Tech and B.Arch courses at Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), and its affiliated colleges for the academic session 2020-21.

The eligibility criteria, admission process, and application details are given below.

ELIGIBILITY

B.E. / B.Tech.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

OR

Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

B.ARCH

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with 50% marks in aggregate and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 examination. Qualified through NATA 2020 or/and NTA score through JEE Main 2020 for B. Arch course.

OR

Passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject having obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the aggregate. Qualified through NATA 2020 or/and NTA score through JEE Main 2020 for B. Arch course.

PRIORITY

B.E. / B.Tech.

& Scaled Percentage/ Percentile in class 12th Science
Percentage of Diploma in Engineering & Technology approved by state government.

B.ARCH

&Scaled marks/ Percentage of Class-12 (50 % weightage) + Higher of NATA-2020 score or JEE Main 2020 (Paper II) Score (50 % weightage)

Percentage of Diploma (50 % weightage) + Higher of NATA-2020 score or JEE Main 2020 (Paper II) Score (50 % weightage)

How to Apply?

Candidates applying for the B.Arch program need to pay an online application fee of Rs. 250/-. Interested candidates can apply online by clicking here, once the online application begins.

The online applications will begin from September 21, 2020, and the last date to apply is October 5, 2020.
