 Multiple Choice Questions – (1 Mark each * 30 MCQ), No Negative Marking

Candidates who will clear written examination will be eligible for Personal Interview Personal Interview: In P.I. the areas to be judged are Domain knowledge, Research Aptitude, Competence of the candidate for the proposed research, suitability of research work
at RSU, and Contribution of proposed research to new/additional knowledge.

Raksha Shakti University (RSU) is a university set up by the government of Gujarat state, India in 2009. RSU offers certificate, diploma, and degree courses in the fields of police science and internal security.

Eligibility Criteria

For UG Programs: The candidate should have passed 12th in any stream. (Candidates applying for undergraduate engineering programs should have passed 12th in Science Stream with 60%. For the admission, preference will be given to JEE Mains qualiﬁed candidates in the merit list.)
For PG Programs: Candidates applying for the PG programs should be any graduate (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA) OR postgraduate (ME/M.Tech/M.Sc./MCA) With Physics, Electronics, EC, Computer Science, IT Or Computer Applications/ Nominated Candidates From Central Or State Government, Semi-Governmental, Including Public Sector Undertakings, Police/ Military/ Para-Military, Security Agencies OR LL.B. degree/ equivalent degree in law from a recognized University as per CLAT Eligibility criteria.
For Research Degree Programs: Master Degree {minimum 55% marks at PG level for unreserved categories and 50% marks for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) /PH candidates} in the relevant subjects from a UGC recognized University/ Institutions. Candidates who have passed UGC-NET (including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE/ teacher fellowship holder shall have to appear in the Entrance Written Test. However, they shall be provided additional marks as mentioned below at the time of preparing the final merit list.

Entrance Exam

A written entrance exam will be conducted for admission into the M.Phil and Ph.D. Programs on July 17, 2020. There will be two papers: Paper one will be based on Research Methodology and Paper Two will be subject wise.

Candidates who will clear the written examination will be eligible for Personal Interview. Candidates need to pay an online application fee as per the given program-wise: Diploma/ UG/ PG Diploma- Rs. 300/-; PG- Rs. 500/-; M.Phil. – Rs. 700/- and Ph.D. – Rs. 1000/-.
Admission would be given on the basis of merit prepared by the University.
Admission will be conﬁrmed only after the receipt of all required fees and charges, and veriﬁcation of all required documents on the orientation day, by the University.
