If you are sincere in your desire to pursue your yoga teacher training but cannot afford to pay the course fee that is required for one module of yoga teacher training then Starlim India has a solution for you. You pay only for your food & twin shared accommodation as fee but get the full training for 200-hour certification. However, there are certain criteria that need to be kept in mind when forwarding your application for a scholarship to Starlim India partner’s school Shiva Tattva Yoga School, a prestigious yoga school in India registered with Yoga Alliance, USA as Rys 200, Rys 300 and Rys 500.

Scholarships Process for Yoga Teacher Training in India

The foremost criterion is that the scholarship seeker needs a referral from a former student of Shiva Tattva Yoga School, Rishikesh. The application that is forwarded to the school for the scholarship must state the name and email address of the person referring their candidature. The scholarship applicant must display a talent for blog writing, photography, graphic designing etc. besides having a keen interest in the yogic way of life. The candidate must not be older than 30 years and at least 18 years old when applying for the scholarship and must be physically fit. A pregnant candidate must provide a medical certificate stating that she is fit to practice yoga.

Starlim India’s management will consider a scholarship application according to date of receipt of the application. Once the final process is complete, you will receive a mail confirming your booking and the course you will attend. Partner schools management reserves the right to reject any application without stating the reason. Any candidate may be asked to discontinue the training if found to be unfit for the yoga training course. During the course, the trainee will learn and practice asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra chanting, anatomy, theory and teaching methodology. A certificate will be awarded only on the completion of all final examination procedures in these fields.
