VSBS focuses on imparting holistic and value based education in Business Studies. The school aims at preparing students for tomorrow, equipping
them today with the right knowledge, skills and attitude, that will help them perform more effectively in their future work life.

The industry today is talking of ever evolving technology and the increasing skill deficit in the young management graduates to cope up with this change. VSBS is making a sincere attempt to bridge the skill gap by imparting value added training programs on pertinent skill sets including–Digital Marketing, Data Sciences, Data Analytics, Financial Modelling, Resume Writing and Group Discussion and Personal Interview Training etc. The Course on Financial Modelling is run in collaboration with the National Stock Exchange. Students are constantly exposed to the latest developments in the corporate world through Conclaves, Workshops, Guest Lectures, Industry visits etc. Students are trained on Advanced Excel as a part of their classroom teaching of quantitative techniques and latest research techniques like R are used to teach students quantitative data analysis and research techniques. Students and faculty constantly update their knowledge through daily news updates which are circulated to students on a weekly basis.

Students are motivated to participate in role plays and other classroom activities. These activities are created by faculty to get the students involved in classroom thus enriching their learning experience.

About The Conference

The International Conference on “Strategizing for Future: The Post COVID Economic Order” will allow deliberations from a variety of perspectives to deal with challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and strive to propose strategies to stimulate growth and revival from an imminent recession.
