About VIT

 

VIT, for the past 35 years, has made a mark in the field of higher education in India imparting quality education in a multi-cultural ambience, intertwined with extensive application-oriented research.  About the Conference

International Conference on Futuristic Communication and Network Technologies (ICFCNT) is scheduled on November 6th and 7th 2020 at VIT University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The School of Electronics Engineering at VIT University proudly organizes this conference which would provide a platform for the researchers in the field of Communication and Networks to disseminate their ideas and research findings. This would enrich the knowledge of the intellectuals who are part of this conference and would lead to further exploration and innovative research in the various domains of the conference. This conference would also help the budding engineers and experts working in the same areas of research to network.

The world is centered on the various communication technologies and hence the main aim of this conference is to bring leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research findings on all aspects in the emerging trends and technologies in the field of Optical Communication, Microwave engineering for future networks, Application of AI / ML in Networks, Internet of Things, Information Processing, Network Security and Blockchain technologies. Paper Submission

    • Any manuscript submitted to ICFCNT-2020 must be original and the content thereof, or substantial parts of it, must not be under consideration / published by any other journal.
    • All the presented papers to ICFCNT-2020 will be published in “Scopus Indexed Journals”.
    • Minimum length of the paper is 4 pages and maximum length of the paper is 8 pages.
    • All submissions to ICFCNT-2020 are assessed by the chairs of the respective Tracks, who will decide whether they are suitable for peer review based on:
      • The similarity index of a professional plagiarism checker, which should be less than 15%,
      • The timeliness, the interest and importance of the topic.
    • The peer review process involves the review of the manuscripts by two independent reviewers.
    • Track chairs will make a decision on the acceptance of the manuscript for publication based on the reviewers’ reports and the reports will be sent to the authors for suitable modification.
    • Publishing in journals will take a minimum of 3 months to 6 months from the date of the conference.
    • Only the papers that are presented in the conference will be considered for publication.
    • Best papers which meet quality requirements of Springer will be published in Springer LNEE Book Series
