About the Conference

The key goal of the conference is aimed at bringing together academicians, scientists, engineers, and researchers working in various disciplines of these fields to exchange views as well as to share their expertise, experience and research results, and discuss the challenges and future directions in their specialized areas of research in these fields.

ICMMME proceedings of past three years have been successfully online and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus which makes the proceedings high value to the Audiences.

Submission – Full and Abstracts

We invite original paper submissions which must be original; it cannot be published or under concurrent review elsewhere.

Abstracts will be included in proram only.

Submission Guidelines

For accepted papers, at least one author MUST attend the conference to present the work.

Full Paper (Up to10 pages) should make substantial, novel, and relevant contribution to the field, follow the template.
Peer-review: All submissions will be peer-reviewed, the schedule would be:
1. Fast first view. This will check for Plagiarism, related etc. Those papers passed the first view will be notified by email, and paper will be forwarded for peer review.
2. Peer review by technical committee takes 15-25 days.
3. Supplement submit. If you are asked for some supplement materials, you are supposed to feedback in 2 days.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in submissions being rejected.

Registration Policy

All rates are in US Dollar ($).
All attendees, including invited speakers and speakers, must register and pay registration fee. (keynote & plenary speakers are free to the conference).
Your registration fee admits you to all technical sessions and plenary presentations, welcome reception and coffee breaks, lunch & dinner.
Register early–save time and money! At the meeting, you can go directly to advance registration to pick up your badge and materials.
Name badges are required for ICMMME sessions and functions.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretary via e-mail icmmme_conf@163.com.

In case of cancellation, partial cancellation or modification the following fees apply:

Cancellation up to 90 days prior to event date:	30USD processing fee is required
89-60 days prior to event date:	30% processing fee is required
59-30 days prior to event date:	50% processing fee is required
29-0 days prior to event date:	No refund

No Show
In the event of no-show, the author will, in all cases, be required to pay 100% of the value (including VAT).

Personal Reason
The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure
The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Date and Place Statement

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer’s change and refund policy.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, delegates should make an early reservation themselves.
Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.
