Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.
Payment must be made in USD(For Non-Indian Nationals) or INR (for Indian Nationals).
The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.

Payment mode

Author of the paper will be notified If the submitted paper got accepted by the conference editorial board for the presentation & publication in the conference.
After Getting the acceptance the author can complete the registration process by paying the fees according to the above categories
As an author of the selected paper, you can choose either of the payment mode(Online using the secure payment gateway or Bank deposit)

You need to enter the ASAR Paper ID (for the author of the paper) and ASAR Listener Regd. ID (for the listeners).
You can find the Paper ID or Regd. ID form the acceptance letter or contact the coordinator.

Kindly note that,
1. If the length of the paper exceeds FIVE PAGES, the cost of EACH EXTRA PAGE is 20USD or 500INR.
2. Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Extra Paper Charges (20 % Discounted Price) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
3. Registration fees include conference KIT, lunch/dinner on conference date, morning/afternoon teas, attending all technical sessions and JOURNALS PUBLICATION(Online only). Check the Publication page for more details. ASAR also provides paid journals for any Scopus Indexed journals.
4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
5. Registration fee for each accompanying person / listener is 20USD or 1000INR.(With Author of the paper)
6. Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender’s Side.
7. Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if anyone is not able to participate in the conference.
