The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women is an alternative to the conventional MBA. With the multidisciplinary nature of the programme, the unique skill sets developed by our scholars are more inclusive than any other program management certification. With a promise of consistent mentorship across the 18-months duration, Vedica guides its Scholars and prepares them for a sustained professional career of distinction, while helping them become more self aware.

Vedica’s 18 month post graduate certificate program in management is a residential program equipped with a multidisciplinary curriculum that spans Management Practice to Liberal Arts, Communications to Personal Growth. Each track that comprises these interdisciplinary courses are a transformative experience for every Scholar. Vedica’s philosophy of ‘potential over performance’ reverberates right from their admission till their placement at the end of the post graduate certificate programme in management.

Eligibility

Achievement-oriented women with a graduate degree and a desire to excel professionally are eligible to apply for The Vedica Scholars Programme. While we encourage fresh graduates to apply, some work experience is an added advantage. The batch would benefit from the diverse mix of fresh graduates and women with work experience.

Admission Procedure

The selection of a Vedica Scholar will be finalised after a series of evaluative steps. Applicants must submit an application form including personal and professional details. Each aspect of the application and the interview is important and will help the Vedica panel make their decision. Candidates will be assessed for their verbal, written and analytical skills, their attitude and aptitude to benefit from the unique learning experience at Vedica.

There is no application fee.

After receiving the completed applications, the shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the Vedica Panel. We review completed applications on a rolling basis. Preference will be given to early applicants.
