2. The Moni J. Bhabha Award for the Research in Applied Sciences
3. The Meghanand Saha Award for Research in Theoretical Sciences
4. The Jagdish Chandra Bose Award for Research In Life Sciences
5. Award to Outstanding Scientists / Social Scientists in the field of Interaction between Science and Society.
And UGC-Swami Pranavananda Saraswati Awards of the value of Rs.50,000/- each for the year 2005 in the following fields.
1. Education
2. Sociology
3. Economics
4. Political Science
5. Environmental Science & Ecology
And National Veda Vyas Sanskrit Awards of the Value of Rs.1,00,000/- each every year in the following fields:
1. Sanskrit
The nominations may please be routed through Vice Chancellor / Registrar / Director / principal of the respective institution. The last date of submission of nominations is within one month
of date of advertisement. the nomination, in quadruplicate in the prescribed format(given below)
