Indira Gandhi National Open University, in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, offers a Certificate Programme (Upgradable to Diploma) in Anti-Human Trafficking (CAHT).
Admission for the current batch is open from 10th May, 2011 onwards
The objective of the Programme :
To create awareness and provide comprehensive understanding to the learners in Anti Human Trafficking,
To develop functional understanding and coordination amongst learners about various stake holders/ agencies associated with the process of Human Trafficking directly or indirectly.
To build awareness in the area of law, policies, rehabilitation and prevention aspects of Human Trafficking.
To develop practical skills for learners to engage with the process of understanding, rehabilitation, prevention and reintegration of Human Trafficking.
To make well informed professionals, working in government, to understand the evils associated with, civil society organizations and corporate sectors of Human Trafficking and the ways for prevention, rehabilitation and reintegration.

Requirements:
(i) Any graduate, (ii) 10+2 with 5 to 7 years of experience in the related fie|d. (Only those students who have completed bridge course after 10th from IGNOU are eligible)
Duration: 6 Worths (Maximum 2 years) Fee: Rs.2,000/-Medium: English
